What each stage means

Your checkout details have reached UKSMK.

Processing

Stock, payment and delivery details are being checked.

Dispatched

Your parcel has left our UK warehouse and tracking has been issued.

UK delivery is normally estimated at 1–3 business days.

Tracking questions

It appears in your order confirmation email. Enter it with the same billing email used at checkout.

Carrier tracking is issued after dispatch. Before then, your order may still be undergoing payment, stock or delivery checks.

A carrier scan can take a little time to appear after collection. Updates are controlled by the carrier and may not be continuous.

Send your order number, carrier tracking number and delivery postcode through the contact form. Do not send passwords or full payment details.
