Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Report a damaged, incorrect or missing item promptly and keep the product and packaging while the issue is reviewed. Photos may be requested where they help confirm the problem.

Product condition

Age-restricted and sealed goods may have return restrictions once opened. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected.
