1. About UKSMK and these terms

2. Age-restricted products

You must be at least 18 years old to attempt to purchase tobacco products. You must not buy on behalf of a person under 18. UKSMK may request age or identity verification and may refuse or cancel an order if eligibility cannot be established.

3. Website and catalogue information

We aim to present accurate product titles, images, descriptions, formats, pack or weight options, market references, prices and availability. Packaging can vary by production run or market version. If a specific detail matters, contact us before ordering.

4. Prices and corrections

Website prices and checkout totals are shown in pounds sterling. Tracked UK delivery costs £10 per order. We may correct an obvious pricing, description or system error. If an error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm the correct details or cancel the affected item and refund any amount paid for it.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting checkout is an offer to buy the selected goods. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order details. Acceptance occurs when UKSMK confirms processing or dispatch, subject to payment, stock, delivery details, age requirements and order review. If we cancel an item after payment, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

6. Product options

You are responsible for reviewing the selected product, quantity and option before submitting an order. Carton, multi-carton, pouch and weight configurations vary; the exact option shown on the product page and in the basket controls what you order.

7. Payment

Checkout displays the payment methods currently enabled and available for your order. Payment can be subject to verification or processing by the selected provider. Do not send passwords, card security codes or full payment card numbers to UKSMK by email or contact form.

8. UK delivery

Orders are dispatched from UK stock. Tracked UK delivery costs £10 per order and is normally estimated at 1–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates. Public holidays, remote routes, severe weather, carrier disruption, incorrect addresses and required checks may affect timing.

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you find an error; a change cannot be guaranteed after processing or carrier handling begins.

9. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

For most eligible online purchases, you may cancel within 14 days after delivery and then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Conditions, statutory exceptions and the steps to follow are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are not affected.

10. Accounts and site security

If you create an account, keep your credentials confidential and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. You must not disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, access restricted systems, scrape at a harmful rate, or use the service for fraud or unlawful activity.

11. Intellectual property

The UKSMK name, site design, original text, graphics and other original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners. Access to the website does not transfer ownership of those materials or marks.

12. Liability and rights that cannot be excluded

Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights where the law does not allow that limitation. We do not exclude responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and may be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.
